A brand new 3-room apartment. This building was finished by the year 2021/2022 and we are the first to live in. Parquet flooring in all the apartment but in the bathroom. It is an open-space concept, and the bathroom is pretty big.

It has all household appliances:
- washing and dryer machine(both in the bathroom)
- double-door fridge and freezer
- induction kitchen
- oven
- microwave oven
- dishwasher

There’s a big wardrobe in the hall and both sleeping rooms have a wardrobe each. There’s also a spacious store room inside the apartment.

On the neighbourhood:

Norra Fäladen is a neighbourhood in north Lund and right where the building is there are 3 supermarket close by:
- Lidl: 350 m
- Willy's: 750 m
- ICA: 900 m

There is also Borgarparken park at 500 metres, where there beachvolley court, outside gym, grills and a small-shallow pool that opens in the summer. There are many schools around the neighbourhood and is a friendly place for children, dogs and cycling.

The city centre is a 20/25 minutes walk but there are also 3 bus lines that can get you there is a 10 minute ride or less. The stops are:
- Line 4: 170 m
- Line 6: 600 m
- Line 5: 650 m

Also the yellow bus line 171 to Malmö Södervärn and the yellow bus line 170 to Malmö Hyllie Vattenpark have the last stop right down the apartment with a distance of 100 m.

Something to know about the building itself is that it has a garage, which is rented separately and at the same place there is bicycle parking.
